The following requirements must be followed during the transportation of edgeless antistatic flooring:
Packaging
The flooring should be wrapped in moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging materials, such as pearl cotton or cardboard boxes, to prevent surface scratches and collision damage. The packaging box should also be marked with "Fragile" and "Moisture-proof" labels.
Loading and Unloading
Handle with care during loading and unloading, avoiding throwing or dragging. It is best to use specialized handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallets, to reduce accidental damage during manual handling.
Transportation Vehicles
Choose enclosed transport vehicles to prevent the flooring from being corroded by rainwater and dust during transportation. If using container transportation, ensure the container is dry and clean.
Stacking Method
The flooring should be stacked neatly, with a stack height that is not too high to prevent deformation of the bottom flooring. Also, avoid mixing flooring of different specifications and models.
Securing Measures
During transportation, the flooring must be secured to prevent collisions or slippage during vehicle movement. Ropes, baffles, etc., can be used for reinforcement.
